What this is

A notebook for the day the phone network is down: the people to reach and how, the places your family agreed to meet, a 72-hour checklist you tick off in advance, and messages you write now and send when a connection comes back. It is a web page that works offline once opened; everything you put in stays in this browser.

What it is not

It does not transmit anything. The "mesh network" screen is a picture of how such a network would look, not a radio: this page cannot talk to other phones without the internet, and it does not pretend to when the moment comes. Nothing here replaces the emergency number of the country you are in.
